If your file is faulty, can't be accessed or is significantly different from its description, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. Bought the same guide twice, or bought a guide and then the bundle that contains it within 14 days? We'll refund the duplicate.

You are only charged when you confirm the additional purchase. Buying a guide does not by itself authorise further payments.

Saved payment details. If you add the membership or confirm an additional purchase, your card is stored securely by our payment provider so those payments can be taken without re-entering your details ("off-session").
